The vintage conditions at DisznókÅ‘ and the influence on the wines

“A rather cool summer then a changeable September brought a late ripening of the berries. We had long sunny periods followed by rainy days. The Botrytis appeared on the slightly swollen and mature grapes after the first rains, but frequent showers prevented intense shrivelling. It was a particularly good year for the Hárslevelű variety that gave us excellent aszú grapes with its characteristic linden flower
